About Online Dialogue

We see “validation in every organization” as our mission and it is our job to help our customers in making better and faster decisions. To fulfil our job, we make use of (web) data and psychology in combination with business consultancy and change management.

Together with our customers we look at sales funnels, customer journeys, customer behavior and company culture in order to improve conversion rates. By only focussing on optimization and behavior we are specialists in the marketplace.

Our business is built on 4 pillars:

1. Conversion Optimization. We use AB-testing, growth-hacking and other techniques to validate ideas and marketing insights. All activities are based on data and the deep understanding of the psychology behind why people buy or convert. We use our in-house developed processes to come to unique experiments and great results.

2. Conversion Intelligence. Knowledge on customer behavior is one of the least developed areas in online marketing. We, however, see this as one of the most important areas in the validation process. Together with our customers we try to understand their customers.

3. Conversion Culture. We help our customers to embed validation in their organizational culture. We set up teams, structure and start processes around experiments, use workshops to share knowledge, and help with stakeholder management. Our primary focus is to create Operational Excellence in validation. All in order for organizations to grow in knowledge, people and business.

4. Conversion Academy. We want to spread the word (and knowledge). At our academy you can learn all about optimization. From using tools, statistics, UX-design and being data-driven to optimizing on the basis of psychology.
